Bronte Way

CHRIS CAMPBELL 31 OCT 2011

Near perfect conditions greeted runners for the start of the Bronteway yesterday morning. The race started at 11:00, a perfect time to allow you to wash Saturday evening out of your hair!

The fast and frantic start to the race was justified as the trail soon became single track with passing points few and far between for the first 3 miles.

TAC was represented with a single, solitary, lonesome runner - Jim Garside (we won't tell him he was the only one we didn't invite to the secret Halloween party!)

Thanks a lot to Steve Gregory for the almost aggressive support and shouts of "well done Jim, get a move on!!!!!" much appreciated Jim came home 23rd overall in a time of 1:02:52, well done Jim You missed a great party though!
