Pendle Juniors (U11)

Full set of races from U8s to U18s, registration at the Village Hall from 11.00am. The courses are all out and back from the field on the right just up the lane from the hall. The terrain is track, field and fell. The route runs up to Buttock farm and then climbs to the trig for the U18s race, other categories turn back at designated points. Parents and guardians please make sure you have read the “FRA requirements for runners 2015”. Please also come prepared to carry or wear body cover as the weather in April can be very variable on the top of Pendle. A recommendation will be given on the day taking into account the weather conditions.

Races will start at 12 noon with the U8s. The next age category will set off as soon as the previous race has finished. The U16s and U18s will set off either one minute apart or together. There will be a full prize list and all runners will get a goody bag and drink. Hot and cold refreshments in the Village hall.
