COVID-19 TRAINING INFORMATION

Before attending your first training session after restart, if possible please complete and digitally sign our Covid-19 pre-activity health questionnaire if possible – you only need to complete this once before you resume training with the club.

Note: If you cannot do this you will still be able to sign the training agreement register before each session.

As you are hopefully aware, tomorrow Bank Holiday Monday sees the third race in our summer series at Austwick for the Austwick Amble.
Due to this and also a few of us who would normally lead being away, the usual training session at Colne Leisure centre will be cancelled, for this day only.
Feel free to have an ad hoc run out if you fancy, but be aware there will be no leaders.

I found out at the Burnley Lions 10k on Friday that Austwick has also been nominated in Calder Valley's race series, so let's see how many humbugs we can get there and outnumber 'em
