Before attending your first training session after restart, if possible please complete and digitally sign our Covid-19 pre-activity health questionnaire if possible – you only need to complete this once before you resume training with the club.

Note: If you cannot do this you will still be able to sign the training agreement register before each session.

Meet from 6pm to start training 6.15pm.

Varied session around Alkincoats Park or the playing fields incorporating a wide range of running and other training techniques including hill work, speed work, parlauf, etc.

Suitable for runners of ALL abilities with the level or intensity of each workout tailored to your needs on the night. Be prepared to have a lot of fun!
