Loch Ness Marathon

A well organised scenic event which is undulating with a fast start and finish, an excellent run from Matt Haworth (with a new PB marathon time), first marathons and excellent sub 4-hour times for Matt Waddington and Kerrie Bretherton finishing together. But it was a disappointing day for Andy Haworth after cramping up at mile 17 and having to hobble the next six miles before painfully jogging the last three.
